工厂化预制和安装 

Factory prefabrication and installation 

中石化第四建设有限公司拥有专门的管道、钢结构工厂化预制设施和装备，采取集中下料、流水作业模式，应用自主开发的管道、钢结构管理软件进行管理，钢结构的预制深度可达到70%，管道预制深度可达60%以上。公司拥有各类转化炉、加热炉、裂解炉炉管的成熟施工工艺以及多项夹套管施工技术成果。公司具有年完成4万吨钢结构、800公里管道预制安装的能力。

中石化第四建设有限公司在镍合金、铪氏合金、锆合金、钛合金、铝镁合金、低温材料、双相不锈钢、高强钢等特种材料焊接方面均处于国内同行业的领先地位。在扬子石化股份有限公司扩建45万吨/年精对苯二甲酸项目钛及钛合金材料（Titanium ASTM B816 Gr.2）焊接、上海赛科石化有限公司化工罐区进口低温材料焊接（WEN-TEL610CF）、镍及镍合金材料焊接（INCOLOY800HT）、广东LNG接收站9Ni钢焊接、扬子江乙酰化工有限公司醋酸项目锆材（Zir R60702）、铪氏合金（HastelloyB-2、Hastelloy C276）等特种材料焊接中均取得骄人战绩。
