长江内河流域首台LNG储罐主体结构工程建设基本完成

11月6日,芜湖长江LNG内河接收(转运)站项目储罐工程2#储罐开始上水进行水压试验,标志着长江内河流域首台LNG储罐主体结构工程建设基本完成,为实现长江内河流域LNG建设奠定坚实基础。

本次上水高度18.9米,约7万立方米,主要检测储罐主体焊缝严密性及基础承载能力是否满足设计要求。为确保水压试验安全、高效、顺利平稳进行,项目部及早谋划,组织管理人员对内罐底板进行二次检查,加班加点对底板进行真空检测试验,确保底板焊缝处无遗漏和无损检测全部完成,与业主、监理单位统筹联动,制定任务清单,安排专人负责,逐一落实销项。随着2#储罐水压试验的逐步完成,为后续储罐内外防腐、附件安装等工作的开展打下良好基础。

On November 6th, the 2 # storage tank of the Wuhu Yangtze River LNG Inland River Receiving (Transfer) Station project began water pressure testing, marking the basic completion of the main structure construction of the first LNG storage tank in the Yangtze River Basin, laying a solid foundation for achieving LNG construction in the Yangtze River Basin.

The height of the injected water is 18.9 meters, about 70000 cubic meters. The main purpose is to test the tightness of the main weld seam of the storage tank and whether the foundation bearing capacity meets the design requirements. In order to ensure the safety, efficiency, and smooth progress of the hydraulic test, the project department plans early and organizes management personnel to conduct secondary inspections of the inner tank bottom plate. They work overtime to conduct vacuum testing on the bottom plate, ensuring that there are no omissions at the bottom plate welds and all non-destructive testing is completed. They coordinate with the owner and supervision unit to develop a task list, assign dedicated personnel to be responsible for each item, and implement the sales one by one. With the gradual completion of the water pressure test for the 2 # storage tank, a good foundation has been laid for the subsequent corrosion prevention and accessory installation work inside and outside the tank.
