   12月9日,第二工程公司完成国信如东LNG接收站项目最大单体设备——再冷凝器顺利吊装就位,为工程整体推进按下 “加速键”。

   再冷凝器是LNG接收站运行控制的核心,底部直径4.5米、顶部直径2.8米,高25米,净重82吨。采用800吨汽车吊作为主吊、200吨汽车吊溜尾进行吊装作业。为保证再冷凝器吊装就位顺利完成,项目部提前策划方案、精心组织、周密部署,根据现场的实际情况多次召开专项会议研讨论证。由于施工地点为海上人工岛,出入仅有一座双车道桥梁投用,项目部联合业主沟通政府,协调桥梁施工单位,最终敲定在尚未开通的南桥节点铺设钢板后通车。针对现场地质松软情况,项目部优化地基处理区域,对吊车支腿区域采用换填、铺设钢板等措施确保吊装机械稳定性。吊装过程中,技术员和安全员蹲点值守在各自的区域警戒线旁,严格控制无关人员进入吊装作业区域内,各岗位协调一致、配合默契,各环节紧密衔接,吊装过程井然有序,顺利实现再冷凝器一次吊装成功,得到了业主、监理单位的高度赞扬。

Due to the construction site being an artificial island on the sea, only one double lane bridge has been put into use for access. The project department, in collaboration with the owner, communicated with the government, coordinated with the bridge construction unit, and finally decided to lay steel plates at the yet to be opened South Bridge node before opening for traffic. In response to the soft geological conditions on site, the project department optimized the foundation treatment area and adopted measures such as replacing and laying steel plates in the crane leg area to ensure the stability of the lifting machinery. During the lifting process, technicians and safety officers stood guard at their respective area warning lines, strictly controlling unrelated personnel from entering the lifting operation area. Each position coordinated and cooperated closely, and each link was closely connected. The lifting process was orderly and the successful lifting of the recondenser was successfully achieved, which was highly praised by the owner and supervision unit.
