12月24日，北方华锦联合石化举行精细化工及原料工程硫磺回收装置、酸性水汽提装置、溶剂再生装置等开工仪式。四建公司承建酸性水汽提和溶剂再生一两套装置施工任务，项目计划2025年10月中交。

华锦阿美石油化工有限公司（北方华锦联合石化有限公司）正在进行的精细化工及原料工程项目是中沙两国元首亲自见证签约并推动的中沙全面战略合作项目，该项目已纳入《国家石化产业规划布局方案（修订版）》和《国务院支持东北振兴若干重大政策举措的意见》，并已获得政府核准批复。项目选址位于辽宁盘锦辽东湾国家级经济技术开发区，主要建设内容包括新建1500万吨/年炼油、165万吨/年乙烯、200万吨/年芳烃等32套生产装置及配套设施。

On December 24th, North Huajin United Petrochemical held a groundbreaking ceremony for the fine chemical and raw material engineering sulfur recovery unit, acid water stripping unit, solvent regeneration unit, and other facilities.The SFCC undertakes the construction of two sets of equipment for acid water stripping and solvent regeneration, and the project is scheduled to be delivered in mid October 2025.

The fine chemical and raw material engineering project currently underway by Huajin Aramco Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (North Huajin United Petrochemical Co., Ltd.) is a comprehensive strategic cooperation project between China and Saudi Arabia, witnessed and promoted by the heads of state of China and Saudi Arabia. The project has been included in the revised National Petrochemical Industry Planning and Layout Plan and the Opinions of the State Council on Several Major Policy Measures Supporting Northeast Revitalization, and has been approved by the government. The project is located in the Liaodong Bay National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Panjin, Liaoning. The main construction content includes the construction of 32 production units and supporting facilities, including 15 million tons/year oil refining, 1.65 million tons/year ethylene, and 2 million tons/year aromatics.
