3月25日，天津石化烯烃部聚乙烯装置ALL PE工业化示范改造项目举行开工仪式，该项目是天津石化2024年重点工程项目，装置通过对“环管-流化床反应器直连系统”的基础理论、工艺流程、专用设备、专用催化剂等进行研发，形成具有中国石化自主知识产权的ALL-PE工艺成套技术。改造项目由第一工程公司承建。

开工仪式上，第一工程公司副经理作表态发言，牢记安全职责，狠抓责任落实，细化专项措施，保障安全投入，牢牢守住安全底线，确保项目建设期间安全环保可控；坚持质量创优，压实全员质量责任，严格把关每一道工序，让从严管理、精细管理成为全员自觉；精心组织施工，严格按照业主单位确定的进度计划，锚定目标不动摇，狠抓施工组织优化不放松，加强与各方的协同作战，在保证项目安全环保质量的前提下，提高工作效率，坚决完成各项节点目标；强化党建引领，以集团公司“牢记嘱托，感恩奋进，创新发展，打造一流”主题行动为指引，激发基层党组织和党员的“两个作用”，抓实基层党建工作载体，以高质量党建引领，保障项目高水平执行。(王佳程）

On March 25th, the commencement ceremony of the ALL PE industrial demonstration renovation project of the olefin department polyethylene plant of Tianjin Petrochemical was held. This project is a key engineering project of Tianjin Petrochemical in 2024. The plant has developed a complete set of ALL-PE process technology with independent intellectual property rights of Sinopec through the research and development of the basic theory, process flow, special equipment, and special catalysts of the "loop fluidized bed reactor direct connection system". The renovation project is undertaken by No 1 construction Company.
