10月19日，中石化炼化工程集团副董事长、公司执行董事、党委书记向文武一行拜会天津市住房和城乡建设委员会党委书记、主任蔺雪峰等市住建委领导。向文武首先感谢天津市住建委多年来对公司的关心、帮助和大力支持，并向住建委领导介绍了公司扎根天津近50年来参与天津重点工程建设、服务保障民生和在急难险重任务中的央企担当，向文武向市住建委领导介绍近年来公司改革发展的重点工作及公司打造“三大业务发展引擎”和“四大发展战略”等工作情况。蔺雪峰非常感谢中石化第四建设公司作为中央驻津企业对天津市住建委工作的大力支持，感谢公司为天津经济社会发展做出的突出贡献，介绍天津市委、市政府和住建委四季度工作重点和明年工作的基本设想。
