10月26日、27日，2023年炼化工程焊接质检员竞赛在四建公司举行。本次竞赛由中国石化集团公司党组组织部（人力资源部）组织，炼化工程集团主办，四建公司承办。炼化工程集团各单位500余人参加岗位练兵，从120名候选人中选拔出40名选手参加决赛。炼化工程集团党委委员、副总经理冯迪，四建公司党委委员、副总经理孙晓晨参加闭幕式并为获奖选手颁奖。

  炼化工程集团举办的焊接质检员竞赛属于中国石化二类竞赛，设置个人金、银、铜奖，团体一、二、三等奖，最佳裁判奖1名。本次竞赛同时也是炼化工程集团的焊接质检员竞赛，设置炼化工程集团个人一、二、三等奖。

  竞赛是员工成长成才的平台和学习交流的舞台，以赛促学、以赛促训、以赛促建，极大激发和调动广大员工学习业务、苦练内功的积极性和主动性，有利于建设知识型、技能型、创新型专业人才队伍，为中国石化高质量发展提供有力的人才保障。（付强）

On October 26th and 27th.  The 2023 SEG Welding Quality Inspector Competition was held at the Fourth Construction Company. This competition is organized by the Organization Department (Human Resources Department) of Sinopec Group, hosted by the SFCC. More than 500 people from various units of the SEG participated in post training, and 40 contestants were selected from 120 candidates to participate in the finals. Feng Di, Deputy General Manager of SEG, and Sun Xiao chen, Deputy General Manager of the SFCC, attended the closing ceremony and presented awards to the award-winning contestants.

The Welding Quality Inspector competition belongs to the second category competition of Sinopec Group, with individual gold, silver, and copper awards, group first, second, and third prizes, and one best referee award. This competition is also belongs to SEG, and the individual first, second, and third prizes of the SEG are set up.（Fu qiang）
