11月4日至9日，由中国工程建设焊接协会主办、四建公司承办的第十六届全国工程建设系统职业技能竞赛焊工、无损检测员比赛在天津举办，来自全国的近70支代表队参赛。经过激烈角逐，四建公司获焊工赛项团体第三名，李建德获得焊工赛项个人金奖。

中国工程建设焊接协会自1993年开始，每两年一届定期组织举办全国工程建设系统职业技能竞赛。经过三十年的发展，“全国工程建设系统职业技能竞赛”已经从单一的焊工职业发展为包括手工焊接、机器人焊接、增材制造、无损检测、冲压工等综合性赛事，是我国最早由行业专业协会与政府相关主管部门联合主办的国家级竞赛，是我国工业产品生产、工程建设、职业教育等领域具有重大影响力的赛事之一。

The 16th National Engineering Construction System Vocational Skill Competition for Welder and Nondestructive Tester, sponsored by the China Engineering Construction Welding Association and undertaken by Fourth Construction Company, took place in Tianjin from November 4 to 9. Nearly 70 teams from all over the country participated in the competition. After fierce competition, Fourth Construction Company won the third prize in the welding competition, and Li Jiande won the gold medal in the welding competition.

   Since 1993, the China Engineering Construction Welding Association has been organizing and hosting the National Engineering Construction System Vocational Skills Competition biennially. Over the course of thirty years, this competition has evolved from solely focusing on welding to encompass a comprehensive range of disciplines such as manual welding, robot welding, additive manufacturing, non-destructive testing, stamping, and more. It stands as the pioneering national competition jointly sponsored by industry professional associations and relevant government departments, exerting significant influence in industrial product production, engineering construction, vocational education domains.
