11月16日，全国石油和化工行业第五届企业文化建设创新成果发布大会在平顶山举行，四建公司被授予中国石油和化学工业企业文化建设示范单位，这是四建公司获得集团公司宣传思想先进单位、公司“铁军风采”红色教育基地获评中国石化红色教育基地之后，企业文化建设再次获得荣誉。同时，作为中国石油和化学工业企业文化建设示范单位，四建公司在大会上作交流发言。

中国化工政研会会长、上海华谊集团股份有限公司党委书记、董事长顾立立代表中国化工政研会第五届理事会作题为《以先进文化引领企业奋进新时代》的工作报告。在报告中，四建公司传承石油精神、弘扬石化传统，不断丰富和完善新时代文化内涵得到肯定。

The fifth National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Enterprise Culture Construction Innovation Achievements Release Conference was held in Pingdingshan on November 16. Sinopec Fourth Construction Co., Ltd were awarded the title of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Enterprise Culture Construction Demonstration Unit. This recognition marks the group's achievement as an advanced unit in propaganda and ideology, while also designating the company's "Iron Army Style" Red Education Base as a Sinopec Red Education Base. Once again, our enterprise culture construction has been honored. Additionally, Fourth Construction Companies delivered a speech at the conference as representatives of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Enterprise Culture Construction Demonstration Units.

   Gu Lili, the President of China Chemical Engineering Research Institute and Chairman of Shanghai Huayi Group Co., Ltd., presented a work report titled "Leading Enterprises into a New Era with Advanced Culture" on behalf of the fifth council of China Chemical Engineering Research Institute. In her report, Fourth Construction Company upheld the spirit of petroleum, carried forward the tradition of petrochemical industry, and continuously enriched and improved the cultural connotation in this new era.
