日前，人力资源和社会保障部办公厅与财政部办公厅联合公布2022年国家级高技能人才培训基地名单，天津市5家单位入选国家级高技能人才培训基地，5家单位入选国家级技能大师工作室，其中四建公司入选国家级高技能人才培训基地，是唯一一家企业级培训基地入选国家级高技能人才培训基。

四建公司工匠学院作为企业高技能人才培训基地，拥有滨海新区高技能人才培训基地、天津市高技能人才培训基地、天津市工匠学院等资质资格，依托中国石化人才专家资源，以服务天津“1+3+4”产业体系建设为宗旨，建设成“特色培训与通用性相结合、单项实训与复合模拟工况相结合、高端先进与普遍应用相结合、技术研发与转化应用相结合、分步实施与科学配套相结合”，集培训、研发、大赛承办等特色鲜明的高技能人才培训基地。下一步，工匠学院将强化现代化培训理念、数字化培训技术的运用，致力将学院建设成为“立足天津、服务石化、面向全国”的区域示范性国家级高技能人才培训基地，为国家加快建设知识型、技能型、创新型产业大军贡献应有力量。

Five units in Tianjin were selected as national level high skilled talent training bases, and five units were selected as national level skill master studios. Among them, the Fourth Construction Company was selected as a national level high skilled talent training base, making it the only enterprise level training base selected as a national level high skilled talent training base.

As a high skilled talent training base for enterprises, the Craftsman College of SFCC has qualifications such as the Binhai New Area High skilled Talent Training Base, Tianjin High skilled Talent Training Base, and Tianjin Craftsman College. Relying on the talent expert resources of Sinopec, it aims to serve the construction of Tianjin's "1+3+4" industrial system, Build a highly skilled talent training base that combines characteristic training with universality, single item practical training with composite simulation working conditions, high-end advanced and universal application, technology research and development with transformation application, and step-by-step implementation with scientific support, integrating training, research and development, and competition hosting. Next, the Craftsmen's College will strengthen the application of modern training concepts and digital training technologies, and strive to build the college into a regional demonstration national level high skilled talent training base that is based in Tianjin, serves petrochemical industry, and faces the whole country, contributing its due strength to the country's acceleration of the construction of a knowledge-based, skilled, and innovative industry group.
