近日，中国石化命名首批“中国石化技能人才创新工作室”，四建公司张振连技能大师创新工作室和钱百能技能大师创新工作室两个创新工作室成功入选。
张振连技能大师创新工作室成立以来，紧贴石油化工工程建设，聚焦工程建设实际需求，开展工程领域焊接新材料、新工艺、新装备研发，并以工程需要为出发点，解决焊接技术难题，同时助力天津焊接技能人员培训培养。近年来，工作室共计承担中国石化、中石化炼化集团公司课题4项，获得国家专利4项，为公司在焊接技能人员培养及焊接技术创新上作出贡献。
钱百能技能大师创新工作室成立以来，深入石油化工施工现场解决生产施工中出现的各种动设备安装问题，从施工实际工作出发开发实用新型工装2项，编制企业级施工工法2项，创新施工方法3项，解决工作中重、难点问题70余项，培养技能人才100余人次、技能骨干12名，开展技能比武2场，选拔技能人才6名，为公司在钳工技能人员培养及技术创新作出贡献。

Since its establishment, Baineng Qian Skill Master Innovation Studio has been deeply involved in petrochemical construction sites to solve various equipment installation problems that arise during production and construction. Starting from actual construction work, it has developed two practical new types of fixtures, formulated two enterprise level construction methods, innovated three construction methods, solved more than 70 important and difficult problems in work, trained more than 100 skilled talents, 12 skilled backbone, and conducted two skill competitions, Select 6 skilled talents to contribute to the company's training of fitter skilled personnel and technological innovation.
