四建公司2024年新年贺词

岁序更替,华章日新。在这辞旧迎新的美好时刻,四建公司党政工团向一年来在各自岗位辛勤工作的员工及家属,向长期以来关心支持公司发展的各级领导、社会各界朋友致以诚挚的问候和新年的祝福!

2023年,对我们公司来说,是强基固本、拼搏奋进的一年。在中国石化集团公司党组和天津市委的正确领导下,在中石化炼化工程集团党委的指导帮助下,四建公司上下斗志昂扬、勇毅前行,取得一系列新成绩,各项事业发展再上新台阶。

这一年,我们的管理基础更加牢固。项目执行平稳高效,安全质量本质工作可靠性稳步提升,生产经营持续向好。公司坚持“建精品、树丰碑、站排头”,先后高标准建成了54项工程。天津南港乙烯项目作为中国石化标杆项目,广泛应用模块化、信息化等多项国内领先工艺,安全质量进度管理走在了行业前列,项目于12月29日机械竣工,得到各方好评。巴陵石化己内酰胺项目与业主联合攻关,同题共答,聚合装置全场率先投料产出合格产品,一次开车成功。境外乙烯项目进度始终领先计划节点,各项考核指标排名第一,为中国企业赢得荣誉。巴斯夫(湛江)项目、惠州埃克森美孚(惠州)分别被外方管理团队评为优秀承包商和安全管理最佳区域。长岭炼化催化裂化改造工程、浙江平湖LNG工程分别荣获全国优秀焊接工程一等奖。全年收获感谢信48封,25个集体、170名员工受到业主、总包单位嘉奖,张振连、钱百能两个创新工作室入选集团公司技能人才创新工作室,公司技术能手夺得全国工程建设系统职业技能竞赛焊接金奖。

这一年,我们的差异化发展优势更加明显。天津南港乙烯系统管廊项目和北化院科学试验基地项目高标准中交,标志着公司在总承包业务“施工+设计+项目管理+制造”的协同优势上取得了明显成效。现代焊接研究所组织开发的多项焊接新工艺成功应用。工匠学院获评国家级高技能人才培训基地,先后与多个海外政府机构、大学开展了培训取证合作;将安全实训业务打造成为公司特色业务,高水平建成了天津渤化集团实训基地项目;成功协办全国第二届职业技能竞赛天津赛区比赛,成功承办第十六届全国工程建设系统职业技能竞赛。公司数字化提升工程稳步推进,4个数字化系统陆续投用 ,8个信息管理应用得到广泛推广,管道管理系统被镇海炼化、北方华锦等重点市场采用,为项目提供数字化服务的能力明显增强。

这一年,我们坚定不移落实全面从严治党主体责任。深入开展学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育,在打造党的创新理论联学共建样板、务求实效开好领导班子专题民主生活会等方面,得到集团公司巡回指导组的高度评价。在开展庆祝中国石化成立四十周年、公司成立六十周年工作中,围绕“奋进六十载,阔步新征程”主题,系列活动丰富多彩。公司员工为中国石化总部“庆祝成立四十周年展”创作了巨幅油画,受到好评,公司成立六十周年图文纪实在《中国石化报》专版刊载。全年,由省部级媒体刊发的各类公司新闻总点击量达800余万,展示了公司员工昂扬的精神风貌和良好的企业形象。新增充电桩、“亮化”办公楼、修缮职工体育场等多项民心工程在年内完成,广受欢迎。公司成功举办历年来规模最大的环湖长跑比赛,在炼化工程集团乒乓球赛、羽毛球赛上,共获得7个团体和单项冠军。张振连同志光荣当选第十四届全国人大代表。公司荣获“全国模范职工之家”称号,这是继“全国文明单位”之后,公司获得的又一个有分量的国家级荣誉。公司“铁军风采红色教育基地”入选“中国石化红色教育基地”。公司还被评为“全国石油和化工行业企业文化示范单位”“中国石化宣传思想工作先进单位”等荣誉称号,“拼抢细实”的新铁军文化深入人心。

风正海阔扬帆劲,百尺竿头再攀登。展望新年,我们要高举习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想伟大旗帜,深入学习领会习近平总书记视察胜利油田、九江石化时的重要讲话精神,按照集团公司党组和天津市委的统一部署,落实炼化工程集团党委工作要求,拼搏进取,只争朝夕,努力在实现转型发展、高质量发展上迈出更加坚实的步伐,为奋力谱写中国式现代化石化新篇章做出新的更大贡献!

The year comes and goes. At this delightful moment of saying goodbye to the old and ushering in the new, the Party, administration, labor union and Youth League team of Sinopec Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. would like to extend sincere greetings and New Year's wishes to all the employees and their families who have worked hard in their respective positions over the past year, and to the leaders at all levels and friends from all walks of life who have cared for and supported the development of the company for a long time!

2023 is a year of strengthening foundation and forging ahead with resolve and tenacity for the company. Under the leadership of Sinopec Party Group and Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, with the guidance and support of SEG Party Committee, and relying on enterprise, fortitude and concerted effort, the company has made a series of new achievements, and reached a new level in the development of various undertakings.

In the past year, the company’s management foundation has been significantly strengthened, leading to smooth and highly efficient execution of projects, steady improvement in safety and quality, and continuous enhancement in production and operation. Adhering to the principle of "creating high-quality products, delivering benchmark works, and running at the forefront", the company has successively completed 54 projects with high standards. In the Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project, one of the benchmark projects of Sinopec, the company has applied extensively a number of domestic cutting-edge technologies in modularization, informatization and other areas, delivered industry-leading performance in HSE, quality and schedule management, achieved the mechanical completion successfully on December 29th, 2023, and widely recognized by the stakeholders involved. In the Baling Petrochemical’s Caprolactam Project, the company tackled challenges together with the Owner, and took the lead, among other contractors, in realizing successful commissioning, start-up and production of qualified products in the polymerization unit undertaken by it. In the overseas ethylene project, the company has consistently maintained the work progress ahead of the scheduled milestones, ranked first in the evaluation of various performance indicators, and earned accolades for Chinese contractors. In the BASF Zhanjiang Project and the ExxonMobil Huizhou Project, the company has been recognized respectively as the Excellent Contractor and the Best Area for HSE Management by the foreign management teams. In the Changling Refining & Chemical’s Catalytic Cracking Plant Renovation Project and the Zhejiang Pinghu LNG Project, the company has received the First Prize of National Excellent Welding Project. The company has harvested 48 letters of thanks throughout the year, along with collective recognition and awards from owners and EPC contractors for 25 teams and 170 employees. Two innovation studios of the company in the name of Zhang Zhenlian and Qian Baineng  have been respectively selected as the skilled talent innovation studios within Sinopec Group. Additionally, the company's technical experts won the gold medal for welding in the national vocational skills competition for project construction.

In the past year, the company’s advantages in differentiated development were more evident. The Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project Interconnecting Piperack Work and the Sinopec Beihua Institute’s Scientific Test Base Project have been completed with high standards, signifying the company’s remarkable achievements in taking synergistic advantages of "construction + design + project management + manufacturing" in general contracting. A number of new welding processes developed by the Modern Welding Research Institute have been successfully applied. The Craftsman College has been rated as a national training base for high-skilled talents, and has successively carried out training and certification activities in cooperation with a number of overseas government agencies and universities. The safety training business has become a distinctive feature of the company, leading to the construction of a high-level training base project for Tianjin Bohua Group. The company has successfully co-organized the 2nd National Vocational Skills Competition in Tianjin, and hosted the 16th National Vocational Skills Competition for Project Construction. The company has made steady progress in digital upgrading projects, with 4 digital systems put into use one after another and 8 information management applications widely adopted, including the one for piping management in key projects of owners like Zhenhai Refining & Chemical and North Huajin, which has significantly enhanced the company’s ability to provide digital services for projects.

In the past year, the company has firmly implemented the main responsibility for full and strict party governance, carried out in-depth study and theme education of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and has been highly praised by the  guidance team of Sinopec Group in creating a model for joint learning of the party's innovative theory and joint construction, as well as seeking practical results in holding special democratic life meetings of the leadership team. In the celebration of Sinopec’s 40th anniversary and the company’s 60th anniversary, a series of vibrant activities have been carried out on the theme of "forging ahead for 60 years and striding on a new journey". One of the company’s employees created an impressive oil painting for the "Celebration of the 40th Anniversary Exhibition" at Sinopec headquarters, which received high acclaim. Additionally, a graphic documentary showcasing the development of the company over its 60-year history was published in a special edition of Sinopec News. Throughout the year, various news articles about the company were published by provincial and ministerial media, and garnered more than 8 million clicks, demonstrating both the enthusiasm and dedication of the company's employees as well as fostering a positive corporate image. A number of heart-winning projects were completed during the year including the installation of charging piles, the "lighting" of office buildings, and the renovation of staff stadiums and all receiving widespread appreciation. Moreover, the company successfully hosted one of the largest long-distance races around the lake to date while also securing 7 team and individual championships in the table tennis and badminton matches within SEG. Zhang Zhenlian was honorably elected as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, further exemplifying the company’s achievements. Furthermore, the company proudly earned recognition as a "National Model Workers' Home", adding another significant national honor alongside being named the "National Civilized Unit". The company's esteemed "Iron Army Style Red Education Base" has been selected as an official "Sinopec Red Education Base". The company has also been awarded the honorary title of "National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Corporate Culture Demonstration Unit" along with being recognized as a "Sinopec Advanced Unit in Publicity and Ideological Work". Meanwhile, the new iron army culture of "endeavor, competition, strictness and practicality" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

It is a perfect time to ride the winds and set sail for a new voyage when the tide rises on the wide sea. Looking forward to the new year, the company will hold high the great banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply study and comprehend the spirit of the important speeches made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour in Shengli Oilfield and Jiujiang Petrochemical, follow the unified deployment of Sinopec Party Group and Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, and implement the work requirements of SEG Party Committee. Meanwhile, the company will strive to forge ahead, seize the day, take more solid steps in achieving transformation and high-quality development, and make new and greater contributions in writing a new chapter on the Chinese path to a modern petrochemical industry!
