3月15日，中国石油和化学工业联合会会长李寿生到四建公司等化工企业调研指导并授课，天津渤化集团公司领导王俊明、田云生、王星炜、于中鹏、张宝春、张晔辉，中国石化天津石化公司领导刘春祥，四建公司领导向文武、李希玲、赵仓及三家单位220余名党员干部聆听专题讲座。中国石油和化学工业联合会人力资源与会员部副主任田鑫琦、信息与市场部副主任刘国林、科技与装备部处长王翊民、政策研究室处长张同飞，中国化工政研会驻会副会长兼秘书长崔建华、副秘书长冯立波一同调研并聆听讲座。
李寿生以《在中国式现代化的进程中，石化企业如何加快转型发展的若干思考》为主题，围绕立足全球能源发展大局，着眼我国石油化学工业产业结构升级优化战略，从中国石油和化学工业已经进入高质量发展的新时代、在高质量发展的新时代中国式现代化的内涵与行业创新发展的新路径、高质量发展的新时代石油和化学工业中国式现代化必须要加快新型人才的培养等方面分享调研总结成果，对企业在优化产业布局、加快转型升级、推动高质量发展等方面提出具有指导性意见建议。
向文武表示，在全党持续巩固学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育成果之际，围绕准确把握习近平总书记关于保障能源安全重要论述，深入学习领会习近平总书记视察胜利油田、九江石化重要指示精神，感谢李寿生精彩授课，对我们启发醍醐灌顶、眼界更宽、思路更清晰，下一步我们要广泛学习深入研究，消化吸收专题讲座核心要义，并在实际工作中进行探索实践、抓好落实，更好地指导企业高质量发展。

With the theme of Some Thoughts on How Petrochemical Enterprises Accelerate Transformation and Development in the Process of Chinese path to modernization, Li Shousheng, centering on the overall situation of global energy development, and focusing on the strategy of upgrading and optimizing the industrial structure of China's petrochemical industry, shared the research results from aspects such as the new era of high-quality development of China's petroleum and chemical industry, the connotation of Chinese path to modernization in the new era of high-quality development, the new path of innovative development of the industry, and the new era of high-quality development of Chinese path to modernization of the petroleum and chemical industry.
