公司2007年成立工程项目管理公司，专门从事PMC业务和监理业务，参与50多项重点工程建设管理，形成了项目前期总体策划与管理，实施阶段的管控与协调，生产准备及开试车，后评价等全生命周期的一站式项目管理服务体系。

公司先后承担神华宁煤400万吨/年煤炭间接液化、中海石油惠炼二期100万吨/年乙烯、中科广东炼化一体化、古雷石化炼化一体化、天津石化100万吨/年乙烯及配套装置工程、中安联合煤制170万吨/年甲醇及转化烯烃、中天合创煤炭深加工示范、陕西精益化工煤焦油深加工多联产综合利用等工程的项目管理服务；承担内蒙古北控京泰能源发展有限公司40亿立方米/年制天然气的项目咨询和管理服务；承担恒逸（文莱）PMB石油化工项目管理和接保检服务；承担抚矿远东页岩炼化催化装置开试车业务。

公司具有工程监理甲级资质，承担了武汉石化工程、宁夏塑料棚膜援建工程、江苏斯尔邦石化工程、天津海光药业扩建工程等监理服务。

The Company has established in 2007 a project management company, specializing in PMC and supervision services. It has participated in the management of more than 50 key projects, forming a one-stop project management service system for the entire life cycle, including overall planning and management in the early phase, control and coordination in the execution phase, production preparation, commissioning, and post-evaluation in the later phases.

The Company has successively undertaken project management services for various projects, including Shenhua Ningxia 4 MTPA Coal Indirect Liquefaction Project, CNOOC Huizhou Phase II 1 MTPA Ethylene Project, Zhongke Guangdong Integrated Project, Gulei Integrated Project, Tianjin 1 MTPA Ethylene Project and Supporting Facilities, Zhongan United 1.7 MTPA Coal-to-Methanol and S-MOT Project, Zhongtian Hechuang Coal Deep Processing Demonstration Project and Shaanxi Jingyi Coal Tar Deep Processing Poly-generation Comprehensive Utilization Project. The Company also provided project consulting and management services for the Inner Mongolia Beikong Jingtai 4 billion m3/a Natural Gas Plant Project. In addition, the Company provided project management and material inspection services for the Hengyi (Brunei) PMB Petrochemical Project, and carried out the commissioning of the catalytic cracking unit for the Fushun Mining Group Far East Oil Shale Refining Project.

The Company holds Class A qualification for project supervision and has undertaken supervision services for the SINOPEC Wuhan Petrochemical Project, Ningxia Plastic Greenhouse Film Support Project, Jiangsu Sailboat Petrochemical Project, Tianjin Haiguang Pharmaceutical Plant Expansion Project and other projects.
