社会责任理念

中石化第四建设有限公司始终坚持企业的经济责任、政治责任、社会责任的有机统一，在不断加快发展的同时，积极推进企业与社会的和谐发展，履行好央企的政治责任和社会责任。

近年来，中石化第四建设有限公司持续组织志愿者到社区学校、养老院等机构开展服务，组织员工参与捐资捐物、慰问演出等活动，收到良好的效果。

2009年，津晋高速公路港塘收费站８００米外匝道桥坍塌，中石化第四建设有限公司应邀参加救援，派出大型吊装车辆参与坍塌桥梁的拆除作业。

2015年，中石化第四建设有限公司积极响应天津市建委党委要求，积极参与天津港“8.12”爆炸事故的后续清运工作。接到通知，第一时间组织人员和车辆进现场开展工作。在11天的清运时间里，勇于担当、不畏艰难、不怕危险、甘于奉献，完成了倒运损毁物资561车次、吊装集装箱841件，出色的成绩得到了天津市委、市建委等有关领导的高度评价。

2016年，中石化第四建设有限公司利用在新疆长年施工的机会，联系塔河炼化“访惠聚”住村工作组，为新疆库车县乌尊镇色根苏盖特二村村民捐献555件棉衣等衣物，体现了“民族团结一家亲”的浓浓亲情，融合了中国石化“一家人、一条心、一股劲、一个目标”的企业文化。

In 2009, the ramp bridge 800 meters away from the Gangtang toll station on the Jinjin Expressway collapsed. Sinopec Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the rescue and sent large lifting vehicles to participate in the demolition of the collapsed bridge.

In 2015, Sinopec Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. actively responded to the requirements of the Tianjin Municipal Construction Commission Party Committee and participated in the follow-up clearance work of the Tianjin Port "8.12" explosion accident. Upon receiving the notice, personnel and vehicles were immediately organized to enter the site to carry out work. During the 11 day clearance period, I was brave in taking responsibility, fearless of difficulties, not afraid of danger, and willing to contribute. I completed 561 shipments of damaged and damaged materials and lifted 841 containers, and my outstanding achievements were highly praised by relevant leaders such as the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Construction Committee.

In 2016, Sinopec Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. utilized the opportunity of long-term construction in Xinjiang to contact the Tahe Refining and Chemical "Visiting and Benefiting" Village Working Group and donated 555 pieces of cotton clothes and other clothing to the villagers of Segen Sugaite Village, Wuzun Town, Kuche County, Xinjiang. This reflects the strong family relationship of "national unity and family" and integrates Sinopec's corporate culture of "one family, one heart, one strength, and one goal".
